Christmas Pre-Orders

Replace the turkey this year with a delicious Certified Angus Beef, prime rib roast. Our prime rib roasts are rubbed with our special prime rib rub, and smoked over oak and cherry wood to a perfect mid-rare doneness. Prime ribs are vaccum sealed and ready for a sous vide method reheat, or more conventional reheating methods. Re-heating instructions as well as creamed horseraddish are included with each purchase. Whole prime rib roasts should provide 15-20 hefty servings.

Enjoy a whole brisket with friends and family. Each brisket is hand trimmed, simply seasoned, and cooked over oak for 14 hours. Briskets average 5-6lbs 

Enjoy a slow roasted beef tenderloin. Wonderful as a center of the plate options, or served room temp as a luxurious holiday appetizer.

Load up on some of our meaty pork spare ribs for your Christmas break or vacation. Easily reheated on the grill or in an oven, they're a perfect easy meal! Reheating instructions are provided with each purchase.

We smoke our boneless hams over cherry wood, then glaze with a spiced sugar blend. Our hams average 5 lbs, and are delicious served at room temperature, or reheated. Reheating instructions are included with each purchase. 

Enjoy one of our brined, then slow smoked turkey breasts. Easy to handle and carver friendly, they provide all the great traditional fare, without wrastlin' with a whole bird! Turkey breasts average 4 lbs.
