
2025 Thanksgiving Pre-Order
Let us help you with the cooking this Thanksgiving. Whole, chilled meats will be available for pickup Friday November 21st, Saturday November 22nd, Sunday November 23rd (11:00-4:00), Tuesday November 25th, and Wednesday November 26th, between 11:00am and 7:00pm. Thursday November 27th (Thanksgiving Day) pickups can be made between 11:00 and 4:00. These items will be vacuum sealed, chilled, and ready to re-heat for your Thanksgiving feast or you can specify if you would like your meats hot and ready to go!

Certified Angus Beef Prime Rib Roast (Half/Whole)
Replace the turkey this year with a delicious Certified Angus Beef, prime rib roast. Our prime rib roasts are rubbed with our special prime rib rub, and smoked over oak and cherry wood to a perfect mid-rare doneness. Prime ribs are vaccum sealed and ready for a sous vide method reheat, or more conventional reheating methods. Re-heating instructions as well as creamed horseraddish are included with each purchase. Whole prime rib roasts should provide 15-20 hefty servings.
